Press Days SS14

Yes, press days! The moment where bloggers and press can get a little look at what is coming for next season. Looking at summer clothes on cold autumn days just makes you wish winter would come and pass as soon as possible. There were some really cute dresses I would absolutely love to wear! I wanted to take home complete racks of clothes, so gorgeous! Oh well, guess I'll have to wait and dream for some months. Here are a few sneak peeks, you can find a lot more on Facebook!

New Look Press Days AW13

New Look is always last, but certainly not least! For upcoming AW13, they worked with a few themes; from going out to grunge, they cover every style. But the coolest thing there for me were actually the colored icecubes. Drinking blue bubbles is way cooler than normal bubbles! Enough with my boring chattering, here are some sneak peaks.

Brussels Press Days AW13

As every season, Brussels comes second. This time, two new bureaus were added on the list and they were pretty nice. New people to chat and drink with while looking at clothes, shoes and other accesories. The weather was sunny and so were our moods. It was a perfect day full of sun, drinks, fingerfoods and ofcourse, fashion.

Antwerp Press Days AW13

Hey guys, I know it's been a while. I've been busy as hell with school, you know, making magazines and stuff. I did manage to make a quick visit to the next big city, Antwerp. This year I've kept it calm and visited just two bureaus, but I enjoyed every moment of it. Fresh drinks, mocktails named after brands, a little sun and a comfy chair. I enjoyed every last bit of it.

New Look SS13

After the Brussels and Antwerp press days, New Look is next to invite us to show their spring and summer essentials. And essentials it is! I love the new collection - and I already went shopping three times. It's girly and a bit tough chick at the same time - aka flat boots, studs. A dash of neon there and there, some girly pink and rushes, the new collection has it all. I would stay, don't hesitate and go to the store before it's all gone!

Press Days SS13 Antwerp

A few weeks ago we were invited to enjoy the press days again. As usual, Antwerp is first to invite us so of we went!

We were welcomed very friendly with drinks and fingerfoods. Had a little chat with fellow bloggers and loved the clothes, shoes and accesories. I could do this all day, but unfortunately there are other obligations - school for instance. I have no more words to hold you, here are some sneak peeks from the Antwerp Press Days.

New Look AW12

Oh my god! The new collection from New Look is just.. awesome! It has an edgy look, with print pants and loose sweaters and shirts. Collars, spikes and studs, you see it all. High heels with an attitude, spikey rings and necklaces. New Look also has a lingerie-collection that is very feminine. Something else they started is make-up and such as nail polish, fake eyelashes, etc.

The location for the showroom was pretty cool as well, and so beautiful. It was located in a poolhouse, with inside pool. Unfortunately, we didn't know about the pool, so no bikinis, no using the pool. We did get to meet other lovely bloggers and stayed talking, drinking - no, not only champagne - and eating for quite a while. Other people we met were two sweet British co-workers from New look, Andrea Logan and Lucy Kalus. They were both so sweet! And for once, I could talk English with native speakers and not just with Shanah. People look weird at us when we do that. In September, we're going shopping. Hardcore. I need everything.

Press Days: Tan-Dem AW12

Press days have been over for about a week now, but I still owe you the last one. It took us quite a while to find this one - thank you google maps - and we got kinda lost. I absolutely have no orientation so I was depending on my fellow bloggers to guide us. In the pooring rain, we finally found it, apparently it was accessible by tram - fail. So yeah, we were soaking wet, at least my feet were, but we still enjoyed the preview of next season's collection. Don't forget to take a look on Facebook for more pictures!

Press Days: Pure AW12

First of May, a little bit of sunshine and a day off from school. Should be fun, do some reading in the garden, catch a little sun of my very white skin - I kinda look like a corpse or so on some pictures - but faith decided otherwise. I'm sitting inside, cleaning my room and blogging. Press days are over now, but I still owe you two posts about visits. Number one is Pure - as read in the title, obviously. I knew them already from last press days, SS12, and I'm very happy I could come along with Shanah again. Don't forget to take a look on my Facebook page and while you're there, hit that like button!

Press Days: Turbulence AW12

This week we visited some press agencies in Brussels, way closer to my little house in the middle of nowhere. First up was Turbulence's virgin press days, so first time ever! Most of their brands were honestly unknown to me, but I loved them! The room was arranged in a simple way, with the racks against the wall. The clothes were mostly Autumn/Winter, but there was a little part more summerish in colors, which I really liked. Enough said, picture time! Press Days: Media Mania AW12

Last post about the press days for this week, next week there are some more but that's for next week. So, Mediamania was the last one for that day. To be honest, it was the only one I knew from before, I went to their Spring/Summer press days last winter as well. By the time we got here, our feet were really painful so it took us quite a while to find the courage to walk around. But, we got up our feet and walked around. There were a lot of beautiful things, just like at the other bureaus. Here are some pictures I took, you can find all of them on Facebook.

Press Days: Bestseller AW12

Next in line was Bestseller's AW12, which was in this special building. It had this old and fancy atmosphere, it was pretty cool. Also, we could enter a contest where we had to take an original picture on a bike. The picture was taken by the people from Bestseller and I don't like the one I have, so you won't see it. But I will explain to you what I did and then you just have to use your imagination: the bike was a very bright orange lowrider and the saddle had a backrest, so I decided to get on the bike backwards. I did put my feet on the pedals and held the handlebars, which made it quite difficult to keep my balance, but I managed to stay long enough for the picture! Press Days: Oona Welcome Days AW12

Second on the little -ahum- traject was Oona. The welcome days were presented in a huge room which was arranged in a simple way, and I loved it. I wish my room was that big so I could hang my clothes properly and I wouldn't have to open that damn closet everytime I need to change my outfit. So exhausting to open the door, realize you're on the wrong side and squeeze yourself between the closet door and your bed. But that's another topic. Picture time!

It's that time of the year again! We got to see a little preview of what's coming for Autumn/Winter 2012. I love going to the press days, and being invited is always such an honor, to see what will be in stores. Makes shopping so much easier, haha!
