Press Days SS14

Yes, press days! The moment where bloggers and press can get a little look at what is coming for next season. Looking at summer clothes on cold autumn days just makes you wish winter would come and pass as soon as possible. There were some really cute dresses I would absolutely love to wear! I wanted to take home complete racks of clothes, so gorgeous! Oh well, guess I'll have to wait and dream for some months. Here are a few sneak peeks, you can find a lot more on Facebook!

Banana Moon SS13

Banana Moon made two styles for this summer: Couture and Squaw. Couture is for the women that want a simpel and stylish bikini in black and white. Squaw is for the more playful with fringes and bright colors.

By creating two different lines in their summer collection, they created something for everyone.

Next to these two styles, there are the usual bikini's in different colors and sizes in the usual Banana Moon style. Maybe it's time to get myself a classic Banana Moon bikini, don't you agree?

O'Neill Highsummer SS13

O'Neill made an entire collection for men and women, including footwear and accessories. The collection is for the highsummer, as the name clearly states. Summer here is almost over, we have a few sunny days left before school starts.

I always thought of O'Neill as a sportsbrand, but these clothes prove me wrong. And I'm glad the brand proved me wrong! I really like some of the clothes and I hope you do too.

Pinko SS13

Last year or the year before, I don't quite remember, I went to a Pinko show in Antwerp and fell in love with this brand. Classy but edgy, Pinko reinvented itself every time. To be very honest, the previous collections weren't quite my taste, but this summer collection is really gorgeous!

Pinko used the classic black and white and the army colors that are very popular these days, but also some brighter summer color like (electric) blue and orange. I know I like this collection, do you?

SUN68 Women SS13

The Italian brand from the previous post, also has a collection for women. And this collection is superfeminine! Soft shapes and fabrics, pastelcolors, perforated tops, all for the young woman that wants to look great. Although the pieces look basic, SUN68 added some details that gives the pieces a special touch. And those little details are the reason I fell for some of the basics.

SUN68 Men SS13

SUN68 is an Italian brand that puts quality up top. The men collection is all about color and goes from pastelcolored polos  to brightcolored sweaters with graphic prints, modern design to simple lines. It's a comfortable and functional collection that can be combined in endless ways.

Giovane SS13

For the Spring/Summer 2013 collection, Giovane got inspired by the Mediterranean riviera. The clothes express this inspiration by showing exotic motifs and supple fabrics. The Italian jetset is timeless and you can find it in the prints of subtropic flowers and palmtrees. The caleidoscopic prints remind us of the swinging seventies.

Vogue Eyewear SS13

After the He's in Vogue campaign, the female campaign had to be as astonishing as Jude Law. Vogue did a great job by casting Eva Mendes for the new Eyewear collection. She's such a beautiful woman and looks great with (sun)glasses! Truth be told, when I saw the pictures a few months ago, I did want summer. Thank god, we had some summerdays after all. Wish I had some of these glasses to protect my eyes from the sun.

Gant SS13

Here are some pictures from Gant's Spring/Summer 13 campaign. I know I've been a bit absent again, but I'm in the Netherlands and in desperate search for a job!

Lee Cooper: Makers campaign

Lee Cooper decided to try something else with this Makers campaign. Instead of using regular models, they used Makers. This campaign puts authentic and artistic personalities in the spotlight. These people use their hands to create, they choose for traditional crafts and deliberately evade modern laziness. Work ethic, rock 'n roll and ambition are their common denominator. The Makers go their own way and put their stamp on the world.

Julia June SS13

Julia June is a young Belgian label in her third season now. For the summer of 2013 Dorine Thange got inspired by the seventies. Soft floral prints and sultry colors are the basics for the colorful looks. The mix of colors reminds us of cotton candy and seventies San Francisco. The collection uses candycolors and fluorescent colors but also monochrome silhouettes with pastel colors.

A-line dresses, casual jumpsuits, lace and funcky jackets, linen shirts and accesories in all kinds of sizes. Julia June brings you all kinds of styles for this summer.

Vogue Eyewear for Men

"He's in Vogue" is back with Jude Law this time. The sexy actor looks incredibly handsome with the new Vogue glasses that combine design with comfort and style. And style he has! Peter Lindbergh took these great shots in a place that screams summer and holidays: Oyster Bay, Long Island. I mean, who wouldn't want to be there with Jude Law and Vogue?

Replay SS13

Replay is known for it's very good jeans. This seasons models are willing to lend their faces to the brand. Barbara Palvin shows her modelling skills by posing for Victoria's Secret and now Replay. Two other faces are Swedish model Johanna Wahlberg and Britisch model Rob Moore. The models show off the different aspects of Replay. Photographer Thierry Le Goués used a simple background which brings out the clothes even more.

Naf Naf SS13

After the reopening of the store in Brussels, Naf Naf just keeps on making clothes I definetely want to buy. For this season, Naf Naf came with some very light and pastel colors. Light blue, light pink, lila and floral prints give this collection a young and innocent look that fit in the Naf Naf-look.

Brax Feel Good Womenswear SS13

I'm still in summermood, although the weather turned grey again. This is such a bummer summer. Friday I'm leaving for Amsterdam with my boyfriend for a little more than a month. The optimist in me packed a lot of summerclothes. Let's hope the weather will be as gorgeous as in these pictures.

O'Neill Women Superkini SS13

O'Neill brings you the new version of his superkini. No more awkward moments when you jump in the water, no more bikinibottoms falling off. The superkini stays perfectly glued to your skin and is a perfect bikini for all the adventurous ladies that like to jump off cliffs, dive into the water or surf. So off to vacation!

Ben Sherman Jazz Life Campaign SS13

Ben Sherman is one of my favorite brands for men. They have this classy touch I really like. With this Jazz Life Campaign, I really felt this jazz-vibe from the 1920's, a style that I find really superbe. Jazz is also nice music. Since about a year I've been into jazz and I can't stop listening to it. It calms me down and makes me feel like I'm in trance sometimes. These pictures totally add up to that trance.

Speedo Beach Collection SS13

Tomorrow we'll have 30 degrees Celsius here in Belgium! Finally some tropical temperatures. I've been dying to get some sort of tan - some sort, as I don't really tan, haha. All the more reason to take a look at some bikinis and bathing suits from Speedo. Speedo always has been a sportsbrand in my eyes, but after seeing their other swimwear, that changed. Bathing suits to get in shape for the summer and bikinis to show off that shape, all in one brand. Perfect, right? Let's hope these summerpictures will bring us a summer, we could really use it after the long winter we had - I mean, c'mon, snow in March?

Antwerp Press Days AW13

Hey guys, I know it's been a while. I've been busy as hell with school, you know, making magazines and stuff. I did manage to make a quick visit to the next big city, Antwerp. This year I've kept it calm and visited just two bureaus, but I enjoyed every moment of it. Fresh drinks, mocktails named after brands, a little sun and a comfy chair. I enjoyed every last bit of it.

Every girl wants to feel like a princess. That dream is likely to come true the day of your wedding. To be honest, till a few years ago, I didn't want to get married. But now, I most certainly do. And I would die to look like one of these models in my dress. I almost had to take a bucket, that much drool was coming out of my mouth when seeing the gorgeous dresses.
